This has to be the easiest cookie recipe out there! So easy, our kids always make these whenever they have a sweet tooth and want a cookie quickly! All you need are three simple ingredients: one large egg, one cup of brown sugar and one cup of peanut butter. That’s it! I guess this means the cookies are gluten-free as well.
3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies:
-One large egg
-One cup peanut butter
-One cup of brown sugar
In a large bowl, mix the three ingredients together until you have a smooth, consistent dough. Using your hands, roll dough into small balls and place on a baking tray, evenly spaced. Press a fork into the dough balls (if the fork get stuck, you can lightly flour your fork). Then bake at 350° F (175° C) for 8-10 minutes. If you like chocolate, you can also melt a bar of chocolate and dip the cookies into the chocolate for an extra tasty treat. But they’re delicious on their own as is.
